Mimi's Personality
Mimi is a shy but sweet girl who is eager to find a loving home where she can thrive. Sheās playful, affectionate, and loves to be inside as much as she enjoys outdoor adventures. While sheās still a little shy in new situations, sheās friendly and warms up quickly. Mimi is great with other dogs and would love to have a doggy companion in her new home. However, she can be a bit too bouncy for cats, so a feline-free environment would be best for her. Mimi would do well in a calmer, patient home where she can feel safe and loved. Sheās not food protective, so you donāt have to worry about any resource guarding.
Mimiās Story
Mimiās journey hasnāt been easy. She was found abandoned in a cemetery with her siblings, a difficult start for any dog. She had a femoral fracture on her left hind leg, but with the proper care and attention, she has healed completely and can walk and run without any limping. Mimi is a resilient girl and is now ready to find her forever family.
While she doesnāt have any behavioral issues, Mimi is still young and may take time to adjust to a new environment. The rescue is committed to providing support should any issues arise, and weāre confident that with love and patience, Mimi will continue to flourish in her new home.
Mimiās Ideal Home
Mimi is looking for a calm, loving family who can provide her with the stability and patience she needs to feel secure. Her ideal home will have:
š” A private, secure gardenĀ with 6-foot-high fences where she can run and play.
š A doggy companionāMimi would thrive with another dog around to keep her company.
āØ Basic trainingāSheāll need an owner who can help her with basic commands and continued learning.
š§ Mental stimulationāMimi is a smart girl who would benefit from engaging activities to help her grow and thrive.
š¶ Children over 14 onlyāMimi would do best in a home with teens and adults, as she may be too shy or bouncy for younger children.
